## Does this sound familiar?

You have a PCOS diagnosis and you're tired of contradictory advice. You want help with meals, cravings or weight management, but another strict plan doesn't appeal. That's where we can start. And if weight loss isn't what you want to work on, it doesn't have to be part of our conversations.

## First, tell me what your week looks like.

Before we change anything, I want to know how you eat now. Do you grab lunch between meetings? Get home hungry and pick at things while dinner cooks? Have a decent routine until the weekend arrives? We talk through your food, schedule and what you've already tried. A diagnosis tells me something about your health. It doesn't tell me what will work in your kitchen.

## Meals you can make without thinking too hard.

We look for a few meals you like, can afford and have time to make. Lunch might be a jacket potato with beans and a side you enjoy. Dinner might use frozen veg and the rice already in your cupboard. We look at protein, fibre and variety across your meals, then work out the shortcuts that make them easier to put together. You don't need a different recipe every night.

## If you want help with weight loss.

We can talk about that too. I'll ask about previous diets, how they felt and what happened when you stopped following them. Then we agree changes you can keep using on a busy week. At check-ins, we look at how things are going: what's easier, where you're getting stuck and whether the plan needs changing.

## Your GP handles the medical side.

I help with everyday eating. I don't diagnose or treat PCOS, change medication or offer fertility treatment. Let me know about the care you're getting and any dietary needs we should account for. If you have symptoms that need investigating, I'll point you back to your GP.

## How we get started

1. **Talk first.** Message me on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a free 30-minute video call. Tell me what you'd like help with. I'll explain the coaching options and fees, and you can decide from there.
2. **Make a plan together.** We talk through your nutrition history and your week, then choose a few things to work on. You leave with a clear starting point.
3. **Review and adjust.** We check in, talk about how it's going and adjust what needs adjusting. We'll agree how long to work together when we discuss your goals.

## Questions before you book

### Why am I seeing the name PMOS as well as PCOS?

In May 2026, an international initiative led by Monash University announced the name Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) for the condition previously called PCOS. You may see both names during the transition. Your GP can explain what this means for your care.

### What if I think I have PCOS but haven’t been diagnosed?

Speak to your GP about an assessment. I can't tell you whether you have PCOS. You're welcome to book a free call to talk about support with eating, but that won't replace a medical appointment.

### Do I have to want to lose weight?

No. We can work on regular meals, more variety or feeling less stuck about what to eat. Tell me what you'd like help with.

### Will I have to give up carbs or dairy?

I don't start with a list of banned foods. We look at what you eat overall and any individual dietary needs. If you've been told to avoid something for a medical reason, we'll take that into account.

### Can we do this online?

Yes. I'm based in London, but all coaching happens online. Message me on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a free 30-minute video call.
