1:1 Coaching

1:1 nutrition coaching, built around your life.

I work with women who want help with everyday eating or sustainable weight loss. We look at what you eat now and what gets difficult during your week, then choose changes to try. You have someone to come back to as you work out what suits you.

Areas I work in

What I can help you with.

We discuss what you need and whether my coaching is suitable before you book.

Woman cooking a fresh meal in her kitchen

Weight loss

Support with sustainable weight loss, starting with how you eat now. We look at portions and meal routines, then review how the changes are working for you.

  • A flexible eating framework instead of a rigid meal plan.
  • Room to discuss the foods you enjoy and want to keep eating.
  • Planning for dinners out and weeks when your routine changes.

Gut health

Help with everyday eating and food variety, alongside appropriate medical care. Persistent bloating, pain or changes in bowel habits need a GP assessment.

  • Work with the dietary advice you have already been given.
  • Talk through food choices and meal routines.
  • Seek a registered dietitian for clinical dietary care, including elimination diets.

How it works

How we work together.

Your goals guide what we work on. We agree session length, frequency and fees before you book.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A free 30-minute video call, arranged over WhatsApp. We talk about what has been getting in the way, what you have already tried, and whether 1:1 coaching is the right next step. No pressure either way.

  2. 02

    Your first coaching session

Tell me about a usual day of eating and what you want help with. We discuss your health history and previous approaches, including what was hard to keep up. Together, we choose where to start.

  3. 03

    Something to try this week

We agree on a practical change and how you will try it. If lunch keeps getting missed, that could mean choosing where to buy it and making time to go. We work with your budget and the food you like.

  4. 04

    Come back to it together

At your next check-in, we discuss what you tried. Did you manage it? Were you still hungry afterwards? Tell me what got awkward. We use that detail to decide what to keep and what to change.

Putting changes into practice.

A change we might work on

Say you planned to cook after work, but by the time you get home you rarely feel like it. We could start with a dinner that needs very little preparation: a jacket potato with beans, for example, or eggs on toast with frozen peas cooked alongside.

At the next check-in, I want to know whether you actually made it and whether it was enough for you. If even that felt like too much cooking, we can look at ready-made options.

Questions between sessions

You can message me on WhatsApp Monday to Friday. Perhaps a change we agreed is hard to use, or you are unsure how it fits with a meal someone else is cooking. Tell me what happened so we can discuss it before your next check-in.

WhatsApp support is for coaching questions. It isn't an instant-response or emergency service. We agree the support arrangements before you book.

100% online

Coaching that travels with you.

I'm based in London, and everything happens online. Most of my clients are across the UK; some are abroad. Wherever you are, the support is the same.

  • Sessions wherever you are

Set aside time for your video call somewhere you can talk comfortably. You can join from home or work without travelling to a clinic.

  • Bring your questions

Use your check-ins to discuss food choices you are unsure about or advice you have come across.

  • Fits a full diary

We discuss appointment times before you book, including how they fit around work or other commitments.

  • When your routine changes

Tell me if you are travelling or changing jobs. We can discuss appointment times and food options that fit your new routine.

Who this is for

You will feel at home here if…

  • You are a woman looking for support with eating habits, in the UK or anywhere with a decent connection.
  • You want to lose weight and keep it off, without it taking over your life.
  • You want to enjoy dinners out, weekends and social events without feeling like you have ruined everything.
  • You have tried dieting before and you are done with the on-off cycle.
  • You want a real person in your corner, not another app or PDF.
Who this is not for

Probably not the right fit if…

  • You are looking for a 30-day crash plan or a guaranteed-kg promise.
  • You want a strict meal plan with banned foods and weekly weigh-ins.
  • You are managing an active eating disorder. That needs specialist clinical support I will always refer to.
Questions

The honest answers.

What happens on the free call?

We meet by video for 30 minutes. Tell me what you would like help with, what you have already tried and what your week looks like. I explain how coaching works and we discuss the price. You can ask questions before deciding whether you would like to work together.

How much does nutrition coaching cost?

We discuss prices during the free call, along with the support and sessions involved. There is no charge for that conversation and no obligation to book coaching.

What does 1:1 coaching include?

We begin with your eating habits, goals and routine, then agree on practical changes to try. At check-ins, we discuss how they went and what needs adjusting. WhatsApp support between sessions is included. All appointments are online; we agree the frequency, duration and fees before you book.

How does WhatsApp support work?

You can message me Monday to Friday between coaching sessions. Ask a food question, tell me what has been awkward or discuss a change in your routine. It is coaching support, not an instant-response or emergency service. We agree the arrangements before you book.

Can I eat the same meals as my family?

We start with the meals your household already eats and look at changes you can use together. Portions can differ. Children need food for growth, so we do not apply an adult's weight-loss plan to them. Tell me about allergies or dietary advice we need to account for.

Can I book if I live outside London?

Yes. I am based in London, but coaching is online. You can work with me from elsewhere in the UK or abroad. We arrange video calls around your availability.

Will I have to give up the foods I love: wine, dessert, dinners out?

Tell me which foods and occasions matter to you. We discuss how they fit with your goals and any dietary advice you have been given. A regular dinner out belongs in that conversation from the start.

How do I handle a weekend away or a dinner where I cannot control the menu?

We can talk through the plans you already have: when you will eat, what options are available and what you are unsure about. Afterwards, bring back anything that was difficult so we can discuss it before the next occasion.

Do I have to meal-prep on Sundays?

Only if it helps you. We can work with meals you assemble when you need them, or options you buy near work. Tell me how much cooking you want to do and what you have time for.

Will I have to weigh myself every day or track every meal?

No. Tracking can be useful as a short educational tool, but it is never the long-term goal. The aim is to need it less and less over time.

Are you actually qualified?

Yes. I am registered with the UK Association for Nutrition (AfN) as a Registered Associate Nutritionist, with a BSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster. Everything we do is evidence-based.

How long does coaching last?

It depends on your goals and the support you need. We discuss session length, how often we meet and how long to work together, then agree the arrangements and fees before you book.

Before you decide.

These articles explain how I work and what to look for when choosing support.

Want to see if we are a fit?
