About these terms

These terms apply when you use https://www.eatwithruwi.com or book any coaching service from Ruwi, trading as eatwithruwi. By using the site or booking a service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service I provide

I provide 1:1 nutrition coaching to adults, mainly online and from London, United Kingdom. I am an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr). Coaching includes personalised plans, education and ongoing support within the package you have booked.

Not medical advice

The content on this website and the coaching I provide are for general information and educational purposes. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with your GP or a registered dietitian for medical conditions. If you are pregnant, have an eating disorder, take prescription medication or have a diagnosed condition, please discuss any nutrition change with your doctor first.

Booking, payment and cancellation

Coaching is booked by agreement after a free discovery call. Payment terms and package length are confirmed with you before we start. Free discovery calls can be rearranged with at least 24 hours notice.

Because coaching is booked and paid for online, UK law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason.

If you'd like to begin working together within those 14 days rather than wait, that's absolutely fine, I just need your clear agreement to that before we start. Once the service has been fully delivered within that period, you'll no longer be able to cancel for a refund. If we're partway through when you cancel, I'll refund you for the part of the coaching you haven't yet received.

By accepting these terms when you pay, you confirm you'd like coaching to start within the 14-day cancellation period, and that you understand you'll lose the right to a full refund once the service has been fully delivered.

Your responsibility

You agree to give me accurate information about your health, lifestyle and goals, and to tell me about anything that changes during the work. Results from coaching depend on your context and your commitment. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and inside the materials I share with you (plans, guides, slides, videos) belongs to eatwithruwi. You may use what I send you for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell or share it without my permission.

Liability

I take coaching seriously and do my best work for every client. To the extent allowed by law, eatwithruwi is not liable for indirect losses, or for any decision you take based solely on general content from this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
